Terms of Service
These terms are a working draft describing, in plain language, what Lowkey Networks ("Lowkey", "we") actually does today. They are placeholders scaffolding the account-creation flow while an attorney-approved version is prepared, and they are not a final or attorney-approved agreement. 1. What Lowkey Networks is
Lowkey Networks is a game-server hosting control panel and creator marketplace, built primarily around Garry's Mod / DarkRP communities. Depending on which optional features are enabled for your account, the platform lets you provision and manage game servers, view server and player telemetry, browse and sell add-ons in a marketplace, find other players ("Looking to Play"), and manage billing for paid plans.
2. Eligibility and age
By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old. 3. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity that happens under your account and credentials, including any sub-user or SFTP credentials you issue. Tell us promptly if you believe your account or a linked server credential has been compromised.
4. Game server hosting
If you provision or connect a game server through Lowkey, you are responsible for that server's content, configuration, and compliance with applicable law, including any rules that apply to the players you allow to connect. 5. Game server telemetry and in-game chat
If you install the Lowkey adapter on a game server, it reports player telemetry to Lowkey, including SteamID64, session and connection data, in-game economy and moderation events, and, where the adapter is configured to do so, the text of in-game chat messages. This data is associated with a player's SteamID64 and is stored as reported. If you operate a server using the adapter, you are responsible for disclosing this data collection to the players who connect to your server, in whatever manner is required by applicable law. 6. Marketplace
Creators may list add-ons for sale through the marketplace. Purchases and creator payouts are processed by Stripe, including Stripe Connect for creator payout accounts; Lowkey does not store your raw payment card details. Uploaded marketplace files are checked with an automated pattern scan before listing. This scan looks for known suspicious code patterns; it is not a comprehensive malware or virus scan, and Lowkey does not represent that any file is free of malicious content. Install third-party add-ons at your own judgment.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Lowkey to violate applicable law, to interfere with the platform's operation or other users' use of it, or to circumvent security, rate-limiting, or feature controls. 8. Suspension and termination

9. Disclaimers
The platform is provided on an as-is, as-available basis while still in active development. We do not guarantee uninterrupted hosting, that any uploaded file is free of malicious content, or that any particular retention, backup, or recovery outcome will occur. 10. Changes to these terms
